There is an excellent website which lists many if not most of the radionuclides which have come to contaminate our environment and the biosphere as a result of the mining, milling and transporting of uranium ore; the refining, enriching, and irradiating of uranium in reactors; the reprocessing of irradiated uranium fuel to separate out the accumulated plutonium; and the various disposal schemes for dealing with radioactive uranium spent fuel together with its decay products, fission products, neutron activation products and transuranics.
