Excellent Interview on C-Span’s Washington Journal with Mary Dixon about Efforts in Congress to Expand RECA.

During the Cold War thousands of Atmospheric Nuclear Tests were conducted worldwide spreading radioactive fallout all over the globe. This fallout has caused millions of premature deaths from cancer and other illnesses. The Governments of the world have a responsibility to their citizens to provide restitution to those victims for illnesses caused by their irresponsible and reckless actions when conducting atomic tests in the atmosphere without adequate monitoring or toxic emissions control. Attached is an interview with Mary Dixon, a Utah Downwinder, about one effort in the US to provide this relief.
